Cancellation Policy
24-Hour Notice: Clients are required to provide at least 24 hours' notice if they need to cancel their appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
No-Show Policy
Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without any prior notice will be charged 50% of the service.
Rescheduling Policy
24-Hour Notice Clients may reschedule their appointment without penalty by providing at least 24 hours' notice. Deposits will be applied to the rescheduled appointment. If a client reschedules with less than 24 hours' notice, they will forfeit the deposit.
Late Arrival Policy
10-Minute Grace Period: Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late will forfeit their deposit. The remaining appointment time will be adjusted accordingly, and the client will be responsible for the full cost of the originally scheduled service. If a client is more than 30 minutes late, the appointment will be cancelled. The client may reschedule for a later date, but the original deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to secure the new appointment.
Rebooking Policy
A deposit is required for all bookings and will be applied to the final cost of the service. Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to a new appointment if rescheduling policies are followed.
Rebooking After Cancellation: If an appointment is cancelled or missed, clients must pay a new deposit to secure a new appointment time. We encourage clients to rebook promptly to secure their preferred time slots.

We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation. We will do our best to accommodate and reschedule your appointment without penalty where possible.
